Thanks for the Caribou audio. I wanted to know what vertiginous music sounds like, and now I do!

Caribou is great, 2 Gallants pretty good (I keep mixing them up with Okkervil River), the other 2, the jury's still out.

So how's the music, have you had time to listen?

I'm enjoying Mark Knopfler's latest, Kill to Get Crimson, which despite the name is folksy, warm and mellow. I'll make sure you get an opportunity to hear it soon.

Love your cool new blog, and I'll be subscribing ASAP. I can't wait to check out those musicians. I'm feeling all autumnal and melancholy, in the happiest way possible, that is. I can't say I'm feeling nordic though, sadly. Just my same old anglo-saxon self.

The plugin I used is Audio Player (http://www.1pixelout.net/code/audio-player-wordpress-plugin/) and I use it to link to mp3's that are already out there, usually ones that are published on 3hive.com. Very nice plugin, give it a try.

Have you tried out the new Amazon mp3 store? It's all un-copy-restricted and all. I've already bought a couple of albums. Whoever, whatever, I love the instant gratification factor of downloads.
